WEB Day will be on Thursday, August 10. 

Incoming Seventh Grade Students and new 8th graders to TRMS

WEB Day will be on Thursday, August 10. 

This is an opportunity to receive a campus tour and ask 8th grade students questions about Thomas Russell Middle School. The tour will last approx. 30 minutes and will consist of exploring the campus, identifying the school's cafeteria, locker-rooms, restrooms, etc. In addition, get to hear a few words from the Assistant Principal, Mr. Lopez.

If you plan on attending, please meet at the entrance of the school (by the steps) at any of the following times:

Morning sessions: 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. , 11:30 a.m.

After noon sessions: 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m.

The tour is for students ONLY and once the tour is over, students are expected to leave campus so that the WEB leaders may prepare for the next group.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Seamless Summer Feeding Option (SSFO) Meal Program can help feed your children healthy meals, at no charge, during the summer. This program will serve all children through age eighteen. No application or registration is required but all meals must be consumed on site. Children will receive a complete, wholesome meal, while parents receive help stretching their food dollars.
The District's Student Nutrition Services Department will operate three Seamless Summer sites during the following days and hours:

  • Robert Randall Elementary School (1300 Edsel Drive): June 5-July 21 (Monday-Friday) from 11-11:30 a.m.
  • Alexander Rose Elementary School (250 Roswell Drive): June 5-June 16 (Monday-Friday) from 10:45 a.m.-11:15 a.m.
  • Calaveras Hills High School (1335 E. Calaveras Blvd): June 12-July 21 (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

    *Closed on Tuesday, July 4, 2017.

Parent Registration on Schoolloop

Please follow the directions below to as a parent on Schoolloop.

1) Click on the blue "Register Now" button in the top left corner of this page.

3) Complete the Parent Registration form. To complete this form, you will need your student’s ID number.

4) Once you have registered, your account must be approved for access to grades. The approval process may take up to 48 hours.

5) Once you have been approved, you will have access to the grades that teachers have published.
